In any case, we will inform you of any modification that may occur to your order due to the unavailability of products.

The products that are offered through this web page are only available for shipping to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Europe, and the rest of the world.



Products that are available and in stock will be delivered to the user, after receiving payment for the order, within a period of up to 7 days in peninsular territory; up to 10 days on the islands; up to 12 days in the rest of Europe; and up to 15 days for the rest of the world.

Consequences of cancellation

The following conditions relating to the exchange and return of our products are not applicable if the right of cancellation has been exercised. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of your product to proceed with its exchange or return.

EL ARSA will assume the cost of replacing the product and the shipping costs if any of the products acquired by the User arrive damaged

The reference date for the period of thirty days will be the date indicated in the delivery document.

The legal guarantee of all our products is that which is defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by LAGRICOLA REGIONAL, SA.

Said guarantees are regulated by the consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users which establishes that the minimum guaranteed period of time of any new article will be 2 years, albeit, after the first six months it is the client who must prove that the problem that the article presents is a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear caused by the usual and correct use of the product.

That said, assuming that the object under guarantee effectively does not meet the optimum conditions to be used, EL AGRICOLA REGIONAL, SA will assume the corresponding responsibility with the client and we will proceed to return the amounts paid for this product as well as the costs that the client had to pay to acquire the product. Therefore, the client may return the article to any of our stores, or post it to our warehouse, if said article has a blemish or defect, or if there has been a mistake with the shipping. Once the defect has been verified, we will refund the total value of the amount paid, including shipping and return expenses, and, as the case may be, the amount the client paid for gift wrapping.

We only refund the return costs when:

1) The article is defective.

2) A shipping error has occurred.

3) The article does not correspond to the photograph on the web page.

5) The package was damaged during transport.
