Shipping and Delivery

3.1. The products available on stock, will be shipped to the User after receiving the payment within 7 days at Iberian Peninsula, 10 days at Spanish Islands, and 12 days at the rest of Europe and 15 days at the rest of the World.

3.2. The shipment will be delivered at the address written at the Product Order.

3.3.The User has the right to cancel the Order before the delivery, via telephone at 00.34.93.877.77.10, Monday to Friday from 10 amb till 6 pm.

Return Policy Products

4.1. Products purchased via the Online store can be returned to L'Arsa within 14 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shiping costs. L'Arsa will refund the goods within 30 days.

4.2. The board being returned must be in resalable condition and include all materials including the outer box, CDs, and any other materials that shipped with the product. If an item or accessory is found missing from the product packaging, then we will issue the credit of purchase price minus the price of the missing item.

4.3. In case the products returned have been damaged during the shipment back, L'ARSA will assume the substitution cost and delivery expenses.

4.4.Unpackaged CD's or DVD's by the User would not be refundable.
